Cooking instructions
Soak gelatine in cold water. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add to the cream. Bring the cream to a boil. Remove from the heat, take out the pod. Cool slightly and add the swollen gelatin. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour panna cotta into molds, put in the refrigerator until completely solidified (from 3 hours). Before serving, crumble cookies and sprinkle with jelly, decorate with fresh raspberries.
