The best dough is obtained only when the ingredients are mixed in the correct proportions. Dosage with an accuracy of 0.01% allows the production of a stable composition as specified by the technologists.
In the production of all products, we use a well-established cooking recipe. At the same time, we are constantly improving the product and searching for the best ingredients and technologies. All proportions and production techniques are observed perfectly, thanks to modern equipment and several stages of control.
We work with trusted suppliers and purchase only high quality raw materials. At all stages of production there is strict control of input raw materials and finished products. We strictly comply with all the principles of HACCP and ISO standards.

Company's history
In 2000, we rented our first workshop and started producing breadcrumbs and gingerbread. A couple of years later, we opened another production site, increased the production volume and expanded the assortment.
In 2006, we leased a third site. A year later, we set up production in Serdobsk, a district center in the Penza region. The new workshops are now located in their own premises with an area of 4,500 m².
In 2011 we opened our own site in Penza. The area of the new production facility was 6,000 m². We launched three production lines on it, which allowed us to significantly expand our product range.
